* Airport Transfer
The College can arrange for students to be met at their airport of arrival. We then transfer you directly, either to your student accommodation or to your host family.
* Letter Requests
Our students may apply for bank, council tax letters, etc. We aim to issue letters within 24 hours. Please note that the applicant must collect the letter in person.
* Personal Tutor
Students who have any personal issues, such as difficulty in coping with their programmes, settling-in, or homesickness, can visit their personal tutor, who they will be allocated when they start their courses. He or she provides relevant and strictly confidential advice and support, as well as a friendly and attentive ear for students who just need to talk things through.
* Managing Visas
Our Operations Department ensures that all relevant certificates and documents are issued to support students in obtaining student entry visas. Our student counsellors give every assistance with police registration and information on obtaining and managing visa extensions. Also, our experienced OISC registered advisors will advise you on any immigration issues within their area of expertise and will ensure that your visa application process is as smooth and stress-free as possible, whether applying from abroad or within the UK.
